"Cardi-Back 1" is now up to Week 4 of the 8 week programme, and we would like to thank everyone for their support thus far in making the programme an outstanding success. We would like to thank Rowatt Photography for their superb photos (see home page) of the classes, and all of the staff at Coxhoe Leisure Centre for assisting us each week to set up the room. Finally, to all of the participants, keep up the good work especially at home with your exercise ball programmes, and it is brilliant to hear the feedback from all of you so far.
